The application deadline for the 2012 EAMA Prize is May 15th, 2012. All entries must be post-marked by this date.

An application will only be considered complete when all of the following are received:
1. Completed application form.
2. 3 copies of the composition (all mention of composer’s name and all identifying marks which could reveal the identity of the composer must be removed. Title page must bear only the pseudonym and the Title of the Composition.
3. (Optional) Recording of the work (CD, DVD and Cassette only).
4. Short statement regarding the composer’s view on the relationship between the submitted work and the listener.
5. Resume of compositional activities, curriculum vitae, and/or biographical sketch in a sealed envelope on which bears only the Pseudonym used.
6. (Optional) Self-Addressed Envelope with complete postage AFFIXED for the return of the materials.
